English Comedy in Paris

From Los Angeles, Joel Bryant is a comedy nomad having performed his headlining set in over 35 countries, blatantly making bad decisions everywhere he goes. Starting at the Comedy Store and The Improv on the Sunset Strip, he has honed 17 years of standup comedy into an hour of hilarious story-telling about his adventures, personal anecdotes, off-the-cuff riffing and plenty of spontaneous audience interaction. Joel Bryant began standup at the age of 17 in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He emigrated to Los Angeles where he acquired a long list of TV and film credits. However, he rediscovered standup comedy on the international stage and now lives out of a knapsack and makes them laugh from the dive bars of Berlin to the abandoned boats of Rotterdam to sweltering islands in Cambodia. He's shared the stage with Bill Burr, Iliza Schlesinger, Anthony Jeselnik, Nate Bargatze and many others. A sports fanatic (hello Olympics!) he has been the Main Stage emcee of the last 8 Super Bowls. His blend of story-telling, improv and audience interaction make for a unique night out. The show takes place at a 12th century bar near the Pantheon. The atmosphere is really cool, and you can find a big variety of beers and drinks. The bar stays open after the show, if you wish to have a late drink and if you're coming alone, don't worry, you'll feel like you are among friends.
